Be careful of the summer full length mirror

Have you ever noticed that when the weather gets warm and we put on those first pair of shorts or summer clothes we suddenly realize that we are out of shape and have gained a lot of weight. It is like we are waking up from a long winters dream and had no clue.

How strange, as we have been wearing baggy loose fitting and warm heavy clothes, but we still had to see ourselves in the mirror in the morning. It is like we have been oblivious to the whole process of seeing ourselves during the entire winter.

Well, all I know is, more people start diets and exercise programs in the spring and summer than on New Years day, and I actually think more of them stick to it at this time of year.

A few extra tips to get it all started. Remember, you have been hitting the heavier foods, and of course the higher carbohydrate yummies as well. Most people have avoided their adequate water intake and have veered away from the gym. If you are right now standing in the mirror wondering who that person is looking back at you, you make think about a drastic diet switcheroo and 30-60 day cleanse. You will be amazed at how great you feel and look after a small sixty day sacrifice. Chances are the sixty days will be over before you know it, although most people will gain ten to twenty more pounds over the next sixty days complaining all the while that they are gaining and that they need to do something.
